jolyph Terms and Conditions for Filipino Players

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the jolyph platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any dedicated app experience — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all registered members and to any person who browses the platform without registering. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and not proceed with registration. jolyph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on jolyph, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gaming activity in the Philippines and is strictly enforced.
• You must be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where the use of online sports and entertainment platforms of this nature is lawful.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of jolyph or any of its affiliates.
• You must not already hold an active account on the jolyph platform. Only one account per person is permitted at any time.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and you must keep that information updated throughout the life of your account.

jolyph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account. Any account found to have been opened using false information will be terminated immediately and all outstanding balances may be forfeited.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. jolyph will never ask you for your password through any communication channel, including email, chat, or telephone. Anyunauthorised access to your account that you become aware of must be reported to jolyph immediately. You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity, until you have formally notified jolyph of any unauthorised access. jolyph will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials. You must log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. jolyph recommends using a strong and unique password that you do not use for any other online service.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Finance

All financial transactions on the jolyph platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP) through locally available payment channels. You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Finance section of the platform and may be updated from time to time. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated at the point of submission and are subject to identity verification being completed on your account. jolyph reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. All bonus-related funds are subject to their own specific conditions which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

5. Responsible Gaming

jolyph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players on the platform. We provide tools and information to help you manage your gaming activity and stay within your personal limits. You are encouraged to review the Responsible Gaming page before and during your time on the platform. If you believe your gaming behaviour is causing you or your family financial or personal harm, you have the right to request account restrictions or self-exclusion at any time. jolyph reserves the right to apply account limitations proactively if we have reason to believe a player is showing signs of problem gaming behaviour. All players must be aged 21 or above — any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.

6. Platform Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the jolyph platform only for its intended purpose of personal entertainment and sports activity as described across the platform's sections. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without notice:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or loopholes in the platform for financial gain or to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with sports events or jackpot games.
• Opening more than one account on the platform or attempting to re-register after a permanent ban has been applied.
• Using the platform in a manner that breaches any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the platform's technology, design, or content.

jolyph monitors platform activity continuously and reserves the right to investigate any account where suspicious behaviour is identified. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, jolyph may withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of an investigation in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jolyph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of jolyph or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the platform's content without the prior written consent of jolyph. Any unauthorised use of platform content may result in legal action. The jolyph brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary and may not be used in any context without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

jolyph provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, downtime, or technical issues at all times. jolyph will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform will not exceed the amount of funds held in your jolyph account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

9. Amendments and Governing Law

jolyph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time and without prior notice. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the jolyph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
